Desktop Designs of DFW (Dallas-Ft. Worth) was started back in 1991. Our name was then called "The Mac Specialist." The name was changed to reflect that we use more than just the Macintosh system or software. This name change to Desktop Designs of DFW took place in 1996. Since then we have grown to include all our current services.

The Owner

The owner of Desktop Designs of DFW, Shirley Cooper, is an accomplished individual with many credits to her name.

First, she is a degreed professional with her specialty in Business Management. Next, she is a Certified Toastmaster with many public speeches to her credit. Most of all Shirley Cooper is a wizard when it comes to computers.

She is accomplished on both IBM and Macintosh systems. Her industry experience has been Desktop Publishing and Graphics for many years. She has since moved into the Web Publishing arena. She has over 20 years of computer knowledge and experience. Most of all, Shirley Cooper is committed to her clients. She goes the extra mile to insure excellence in both products and services.
